Our staff enjoys working with customers, and it shows.  There is a reason our customers love to call our office each day, if for nothing else than to just "check-in."

Our Customer Service personnel are constantly cross-training.  While some customers enjoy talking to the same individual each time they call in, we want to make sure our customers are serviced even if a staff member is unavailable.  For this reason, our staff is continually working on cross training and sharing information.

With each member being able to monitor our toll-free 800 number, our fax machines, and our email, we ensure inquiries, quotes and orders are handled in a prompt and efficient manner.

Because of our teamwork, cross training, and wonderful staff, we are able to consistently achieve our hourly goals of servicing customers.
